No shipping options available (for 1 specific product only)

It is strange why it is happening with a particular product. I loaded the item to cart and was shown the message “Pickup (at 4C Brook St, Tauranga)” and then “Shipping options will be updated during checkout.”

I wasn’t able to try further as the page hanged multiple times and that made it difficult to go ahead.

In order to check your configuration and assist you further, could you please share with us the following:

1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
2. Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

More importantly, please also share your shipping zones and methods from WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping. We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

Shipping is currently using “advanced shipping” plugin, but same problem even when its disabled.

Screenshots in the links below. shipping prices determined by cart value, have tried adding 2 / 3 qty of this product to change order price but still same problem…

when adding to the cart checkout page has no shipping options displaying.

On my end, the shipping options are displayed.

I understand you already disabled all plugins except WooCommerce, can you please try again following these steps below?

• Clear the site cache
• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If the issue is not present after that it means there was a conflict with the theme or another plugin, you can then reactivate plugins one by one until the cause of the problem is found You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Be sure to contact ithemes security plugin support regarding the error received. Also with regards to Stripe error, be sure to contact your host first (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear). Let us know what you find.
