Inside the checkout page in the order summary block the shipping is coming up as: “No shipping options available.” This appears to only happen when the user has not input their address yet. Once the address is filled in the below address block it changes to the correct information.

I would like to just edit this “No shipping options available.” string to say “Please insert address below for shipping rate.” Customers were confused as to why it says “No shipping options available” when there really are if they type their address in below.

(Note to replicate this problem you will need to add a product in my /shop page then go to the checkout section.)

So it was actually this section that I was wondering how to edit:

If that’s not possible maybe reordering the block below the address block might do the trick but editing that text was really what I was looking for.

Thanks for the screenshot ??. I looked for the string in the language files but could not find it. In these cases I usually employ the help of: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/real-time-find-and-replace/

Put in the text, cleared cache, and checked it out and it didn’t work :(. If I try by selecting the admin checkbox the checkout just shows up as a blank page.

Replace text:

I am afraid that is all I got without going custom coding. Do you maybe have a web developer who can help out?

No its fine I will just figure out a some other way to communicate to the customer that there is actually shipping methods available to them and the text is just inaccurate. Thank you for trying!
