No shipping options for downloadable products

Hello,

your plugin does not show shipping options for products that have the download option selected. This feature should only be disabled for virtual products, it should remain enabled for physical products (where virtual is not selected).
Example: We are sending the product physically and the Polish manual automatic by email.

For the moment i changed two functions (get_methods_allowed_by_cart and physical_goods_in_cart) and problem disappeared.

Can you fix it in next version so I don’t have to worry about updating?
