No shipping options found (IDK why)

Hello,

the plugin is not working no more and can’t understand why.

I just sell in Italy, Italy is configured as option in woo commerce and into the plugin.

Shipping zones are working (I just have one zone) because if I add a flat rate into the shipping zone I can see it.

So, as the shipping zone is working, let’s see the rules of the plugin for the selected zone, I have two:

1. a flat rate cost for the subtotal before 40€
2. a free shipping from 40.1€ to infinite

these two options are not shown in any case, and I’m selecting the right shipping zone…

if I add a third option, like

3. a flat rate with no options on weight or subtotal, the flat rate is applied.

So, I really don’t know what to do now, any ideas?
