    Hi, I installed the free version of the plugin to decide if I liked it before purchasing pro. I set up everything per the video, but in the cart, it says “No shipping options were found”. Can someone please advise? I have it set up for free shipping over $100 and $20 shipping from 0-99.99. Is there some reason the shipping options aren’t showing up? Thank you!
