    Hi All,
    Seem to be having a issue with trying to use AST on multi-site
    While AST on the main site works perfectly with trackship.
    unfortunately on the sub-site it does not show any shipping providers to select from. so we can not attached tracking numbers to orders as we can not select a shipping provider

    Hi @kroto,

    Please synch the shipping provider list and check again.

    To sync your providers list, click on the sync providers list from the top right option in the shipping providers list, this will open the sync popup.

    Has been sitting on the pop ups preloader for over 30minutes

    Can you please check the browser console and see if there is any issue in it?
