    I have installed the UPS live rates plugin. Have connected the account and it’s status is showing OK. I have added the UPS zones and added the UPS Live Rates there. But still this notification is showing there: “There are no shipping options available. Please check your shipping address.” and no shipping fee is added.

    Since you mentioned adding UPS Zones, I assume the Zone Regions were included as well. I just wanted to bring it up in case it was overlooked.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    To troubleshoot it, please enable the Debug Mode for UPS plugin. Once it is enabled, please verify if you get any specific messages from it at checkout.

    Please get back to me with:

    • UPS Live Rates Shipping Method configuration screenshot
    • UPS Live Rates settings?screenshot
    • Debug Mode logs for UPS (request and response)
    • Destination and shipment address (zip code, country, city)
