No shipping rates available for international post other than airmail

Can someone please help me? I’m having a weird issue here…

It shows “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” when I try to ship to countries other than Australia (which is where I am). That’s when I’ve all the other international rates selected but except air and sea mail selected. When I add in airmail, it only shows airmail and none of the satchel rates. Satchel rates are enabled. They are showing up for Australian orders. How do I fix this? Getting so frustrated. It was working before and I can’t remember what I did and now it doesn’t want to show any shipping method. All the weights and dimensions have been added and each item will fit into a 500g satchel.
