No showing when fees are optional

  • When I set the option Is optional fees to NO, the fees are calculated and displayed correctly, however when I set option to YES, it is not shown in the checkout form.

    What can I do to solve this problem?

    It will be happening due to conflict with some other plugin or your theme may not be implementing the hook where optional fees are added

    1)deactivate all other plugin and leave only WooCommerce and this plugin active, and activate TwentyTwenty theme and see if the issue is solved

    if issue is solved you can activate the plugin one by one to find the issue causing plugin

    I deactivated all the plugins and the taxes still do not appear when they are optional. Fixed taxes yes. It is not the theme because in a second site I have the same theme and it works perfectly. any other tips that can help me find the problem?
