No sidebar in Widgets to drag to

    When I go to Widgets under Appearance a sidebar to drag the widgets to is not there. The instructions say to drag widgets the sidebar on the right to activate them, but no sidebar is there on the right side of the page. The only item on the right side of the page is a blue button labeled “Save”.
