No + sign in wordpress editor

hello

Im trying to embed a dynamic google spreadsheet so people can make calculations. I uploaded and activated your plugin, there is no + button in my page editor. I even deactivated the classic editor and got back to gutemberg to see if it was working, but still no plus sign

please explain. thanks
