    Hi,
    I’ve uploaded the plug-in, and changed a couple of settings, but there’s no sign of the banner/bar on my homepage.

    Hi there,

    Could you please update to the latest version, purge all the caches in your server and let me know if the issue still exists?
    I hope this works.
