No single.php in theme, where to edit ?

  • Hello WordPressers,

    Normally, I was editing the article section of the blog in single.php.
    But my theme has no single.php file, and I want to edit the article theme. Where should I edit it ?

  • you can create a single.php wordpress will automatically hook that so you can edit anything you want or maybe try opening index.php or page.php

    I have no idea what you’re asking. If your theme has no single.php then WordPress falls back on index.php. Have a look at Template Hierarchy.
