No Smush – Not Working

Within Media I try to do an individual smush by slicking the button – it depresses runs for a few seconds but then nothing. So, I don’t think its doing anything. So, then I tried to smush in bulk and it run but then gives me an error “39 image(s) were skipped due to in error” Looks like nothing happened here either as the reduced area is still 0.
