No Song Titles/Artists

Hello. Foremost, this is a well done plug-in and it is working well for the most part. However, the player is not showing the Artists & Titles of the stream. The player is running an mp3 Icecast stream. All other players that we have tested the stream on are able to get the meta-data without issue. We don’t see anywhere to make adjustments to the player. What can we do?
