No sort order, single faq shortcode didn't work for me

  • Looking for a quick, simple faq plugin to handle a dozen or so items for a client website.

    * There is no ability (that I could find) to sort the order of displayed faqs, and many sites use a “drill-down order of progressively more detailed info” so I need this

    * Trying to force a sort order by manually adding N single faq shortcodes: adding one shortcode displayed everyone of the saved faqs.

    Hmm..

    Hey there, cxtinac!

    I don’t think I received a support ticket for any of these items, I’m sorry you had trouble!

    To sort FAQs you can manipulate their publication date – they are output in that order.

    It sounds like you may have a shortcode formatted incorrectly, based on your second bullet point. Again, there wasn’t any support ticket opened but I would be happy to help.

    You might not see this reply, but I wanted to let you know that Easy FAQs now allows you to both Sort the Order of Displayed FAQs, Group FAQs by Category, limit the number of FAQs displayed, and more.
