No Sound

    Hi. I’m receiving this error when activate the sound for popup opening:

    pupBuilder.js?ver=4.1.14:238 Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: play() failed because the user didn’t interact with the document first. https://goo.gl/xX8pDD

    I can hear the sound in preview mode but not in live.

    Please advice.

    Thanks for reaching us. Did you enable autoplay in the Video settings? If yes, please note that the majority of the browsers permit the autoplay only with the muted state for a better user experience so the sound won’t cause any inconvenience.

    Thank you for replying but I am not using any video. I am facing this issue while using the Popup opening sound option enabled. Please help.
