If you pay, you will have a spam filtering. If not, a lot of emails of bots and spammers will make your email a nightmare.

After more than a 3 years, I was looking to block the spam testing all the captchas, recapchas and a lot of apps, and nothing.

    The free version is awfull.

  • Hey @harmario!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve had with spam!

In case it helps, we offer a few additional built-in spam options in addition to our reCAPTCHA and hCaptcha integrations.

1.?CloudFlare Turnstile: If you are interested in a privacy focussed invisible alternative that automatically chooses non-intrusive browser challenges based on client behavior, this option is for you. Please take a look at this guide for more details.

2.?Our Custom Captcha addon: If you’d prefer to choose the question(s) your visitors must answer, the Custom Captcha is a good option. This addon is available with all of our paid licenses, and you can find all the details here

3.?Akismet Anti-Spam Protection:?Akismet?is one of the top anti-spam protection plugins on www.ads-software.com. If you have this plugin set up on your site, you can easily integrate it into your forms. Please see this guide on how to set up Akismet and enable it on your forms.

4.?Country restrictions filter: This is an effective option if you’d like to allow or deny form submissions from specific countries. We have a detailed guide for settings this up here.

5.?Keyword restrictions filter: Same as above you can toggle this option to effectively block any form submissions that contain specific keywords.? We have a detailed guide for settings this up here.

6.?Block or allow specific email addresses: Using our Allowlist/Denylist feature, you can restrict or allow specific email addresses that can be used to submit your forms. We have a detailed tutorial for setting this up.

Again I apologize for any trouble with setting up any of our spam prevention methods but I hope this helps!

    Thanks!
