No Spinning Arrow on Submit

Hi all,

I have created a contact form and have it working fine. I can submit messages and receive them fine to the email I want them to go to.

What is agitating is that I am not getting the Spinning Arrow upon Submit. So if a user uses my clients form they will not know if the form is processing or attempting to send the mail.

I thought this may have been a ReCaptcha Plugin so I removed it from the contact form markup but the problem still persists.

I also thought it might have been due to the width of the button which covers 80% of the column it is set in.
