So which option are you using on the CloudFlare SSL side?

Do you have a SSL installed on your site?

If you are sure you have SSL, it is possible the plugin test page, which is used to check for SSL, is blocked by plugin or server security settings.

The plugin should be able to detect SSL if you change the url in the admin to https, then hit enter, as described in the link I posted earlier.

If I change to HTTPS:// my site if off I can′t enter in admin. I need to change in MYSQL to return
Maybe is the DNS is not propagate yet?

For anyone who is having this issue, I ran into this issue with iThemes Security activated. I simply deactivated iThemes Security to activate SSL, then reactivated iThemes.
