Removed Due to Lack of SSL Support

    Ended up removing this from my site after updating my config to use only SSL connections. Not that I ever got any sales from the thing, but this seems like a pretty basic requirement. TH seems to be dropping the ball on a lot of their reseller resources over the past few years :/
