ok, so apparently it’s a new thing that they require that url and that it must be HTTPS. In that case you just need to host your logo somewhere with HTTPS, it doesn’t need to be on your domain, it can be on Flickr or any other service

Gravatar seems like an even better option

OK! Have the SSL sorted (used flickr as more simple for the time being)

Finished setup only to be told my token has already expired??? Used the “go here” link – got an error message saying the redirect is invalid – value must match the API key. When I used the “regenerate token” button at the bottom it brings the following:

    This webpage is not available

    ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED
    Hide details
The webpage at https://www.linkedin.com/uas/oauth2/authorization?response_type=code&client_id=0&scope=r_basicprofile&state=37b4e52779ac0a67c7d32024d06ef74182f30f26&redirect_uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.fundimental.co.za%2Foauth%2Flinkedin%2F%3Fr%3D%252Fwp-admin%252Foptions-general.php%253Fpage%253Dwp-linkedin might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

obce you setup the API you need to generate a token, that error message you have is coming from LinkedIn, it happens sometime you just need to wait a bit and try again later
