    Hi,
    On our site, when we try to make a booking, the start and end dates are selected OK on the product page, but after that, in the basket, invoice, woocommerce orders or easy booking reports, there are no start or end date shown.
    Do I need to add the ‘availability check’ addon? Or is this another problem? I hope it is something silly I should have set up.
    To look into this problem I’ve changed the theme to TwentyTwenty. Latest version of WP and plugins.
    And I’ve made the price of the booking 0 to make testing easier.

    Hello,

    It’s really weird, because it seems to get dates (as you have the “Start” and “End” fields) but they are not showing up… First time I see this! You don’t need any addon for dates to show up.

    It could be a conflict with another plugin. Could you try to disable all of them (keep only WooCommerce and Easy Booking) to see if it works better? Then enable them one by one to see which one could cause the issue.

    I’ve disabled all plugins except woocommerce and easy booking.
    Tried again and still, the start and end fields in the basket are blank.
    I did check that the times weren’t there, with the text colour white.
    I’ve switched on the wp debug. Nothing is showing up.
    Using 2020 theme. WordPress, plugins and theme up to date.

    I’m using PHP 7.3.
    I’ve also tried using other versions of PHP (7.0, 7.2, 7.4) with no difference.

    Thank you so much for your help.
    Yes, the problem was that the date and the time format were not set up. They were set as ‘custom’ with the custom option blank. (Don’t know how that happened, but it is not the fault of ‘Easy Booking’).
    Options found in Settings -> General if anyone reads this who has the same problem.
