No statistics in dashboard and overveiw

  • Hi Team,

    first of all, thank you very much for your great plugin! For some time now I have had the problem that no statistics are displayed in the dashboard and “Overview”, the gray animated bar runs endlessly in every widget. I use WP Rocket, but have excluded tracker.js and admin.js from the summary. However, the console shows a JS error for the dashboard and the “overview”:
    Uncaught TypeError: s.forEach is not a function
    (…..)/wp-content/plugins/wp-statistics/assets/js/admin.min.js:1
    jQuery 13
    Do you have an idea here, can you help?

    We had this issue in version 14.12.3, which has been fixed in version 14.12.4.

    That said, this issue appears to be caused by a conflict with another plugin installed on your website.

    To identify the conflicting plugin, could you please try deactivating all other plugins and then reactivating them one by one?

    One known plugin that can cause this issue is Beehive Pro, and we are actively working on a fix for it.

    We would greatly appreciate it if you could perform the above check and let us know which plugin is causing the conflict on your website.
