Hey, since my last visit at the dashboard of my website there isn’t any statistic or visit count available. I didn’t made any changes and it worked before for years without problems with this settings.
    Does anyone has an idea?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @wobler

what do you mean exactly? Is the dashboard widget completely gone? Have you checked the screen options in the top right corner? Maybe it is just disabled/hidden there.

Or is your data gone? Can you check your database if there is a wp_statify table (maybe the prefix is modified) with data in it?

Or there is something wrong in your settings. Have you checked the global and dashboard widget settings?
    https://statify.pluginkollektiv.org/documentation/settings/

Or your tracking is broken in some way. I can see the JS on your site, but it shows twice!? And there is something happening with scripts and styles what your theme is doing (I just searched for “statify” in the HTML source of the page and there is something found in an area which is not from us, but from your theme coming). Maybe the theme is trying to optimize scripts/styles and our script should be ignored in this case. Maybe this can be configured in your theme.

Hopefully this already helps you! If not, please follow up with more infos.

    All the best

This is the tool which is fiddling with the scripts/styles in your theme:

Maybe there is also caching involved, because I see Cache Enabler enabled. Sharing your exact settings for Cache Enable and Statify could clear things up.

    Hi Torsten,

thanks for your answer, which – I don’t know why – now isn’t needed any more. As I startet the dashbord today to control all your points everything was working like expected. But I don’t know why.

Nevertheless I wouldn’t let you questions without an answer:
The widget was still at the same place on the dashboard as it was every time. But the widget was empty – no counts, no diagram.

    My settings are as follows:
    – I keep the data for 90 days
    – JS-based tracking with Nonce
    – Time spread for the Dashboard 30 Days
    – Hit List 15
    – Hit List for today – none
    – Total Hits – hooked
    – No tracking of illegal comments
    – No tracking of logged in users

All these settings didn’t change since 2018

    Best Hannes

    Hi @wobler

I couldn’t explain that too, but it looks like a temporary problem. If I need to guess, I think it could be a Javascript error or some form of a temporary loading error. Data seems to be there, so tracking works.

If this happens again, try reloading and if the error persists, please check the network tab for failing requests and the console for JS errors.

For now I think we can mark this as resolved ??

If the problem comes back, please report back here or if closed, just open a new topic.

    All the best
    Torsten
