    We did a quick check of your store as and found that our Plugin is working well on your store till Checkout Page. (Since we’re unable to test the Thank you Page of your store due to Paypal as a default Payment Gateway).

    We request you to help us with following:

    • View level access of your analytics account at analytics2(at)tavic(dot)com.
    • Kindly check if you’ve the auto-redirection configured in case of any 3rd Party Payment Gateway(like Paypal).

    Note: We request you to read our FAQ section carefully, which will help you clear some of your concerns!

    Hi Tatvic team,

    We have just turned on auto-return for Paypal. Is it advised to add ?utm_nooverride=1 at end of the order confirmation url?

    Eg.example.com/checkout/order-received/?utm_nooverride=1

    Yes, you got it in the right way. Still, we request you to go through this PayPal documentation & WooCommerce documentation on understanding & setting up Auto Return.

    Analyze the Data for next couple of days & get back to us if your find any issue.

    Hi Tatvic Team,

    It seems like the e-commerce results is still not populating after more than 24 hours. We have also added the auto-redirect feature for Paypal.

    We have given you view level access in Google Analytics. Do kindly check and advise us on any actions to be taken.

    Hi,

    Found the following outcomes regarding your query:

    • We did a quick look of your store as well as your analytics account & found that our plugin is working well on your store up to “Checkout” page. However, we are unable to test “Thank you” page due to payment method.
    • Our plugin will only track the transaction data when users land on the “Thank you” page of your store which must have the standard Woocommerce “thank you” page URL & it can be analyzed via pageviews count in your analytics account.
      The Standard “thank you” page URL should be like this: https://styledegree.sg/checkout/order-received/12725/?key=wc_order_5919a0f730bac
    • We analyze the data for last 7 days (15th to 22nd May) & found that there are no “pageview” recorded for “thank you” page of your store (screenshot).
    • Which conclude that no users are landed on the “Thank you” page with the standard “Thank you” page URL as above.

    Next step:

    • Share “Thank you” page URL of your store after redirected from payment gateways.
    • Re-verify that all the users have redirected to the standard “thank you” page after successful purchase.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    We have tested it ourselves with a purchase and it redirects to the thank you/order confirmation page (same as the one you provided above) from PayPal automatically after a few seconds. What else could be the issue?

    We are currently running on woocommerce 2.6.8. Could that be the issue?
