    Hi Chris,

We have following questions about you issue based on provided link:
    1) Do you use separate Thank You page in the plugin option?
    2) Did you make plugin themplates customization? If yes, we need to check your custom themplates. Please send it directly to [email protected]
    3) In case, if you didn’t make any customization and use old plugin version – pls update it to latest one – and let us know if this is help.

    with kind regards,

    Thank you for the reply.

    1. I do not have a separate thank you page defined in the options.

    2. I have not modified the code for your plugin, or are you referring to another customization?

    3. I am using version 2.4.1.

I can give you access to the admin panel if that would help.

    Thanks again.

    Chris

This form nor any other plugin form seems to be working for me anymore. It does work when I use an smtp plugin but that is not an option because my site will not pass a security scan if I use that. I am hosting at the University of Pittsburgh and the have confirmed that PHP forms are not blocked. Does anyone have any idea what is going on. Neither this nor any other form works for me any more. Is this a wordpress issue instead of a plugin issue?

    Chris,

If you just installed and configured plugin, add shortcode and didn’t make any customization for our plugin – we don’t think that access to admin panel will help us.
Perhaps, if you are able to create development clone of this site and provide templary access for admin panel and FTP – perhaps it can help for research, because it can be some conflict with other plugins.

Also, as quick solution – you can use separate thank you page, to prevent this issue.

    Donna,

Could you please clarify, what do you meant?
You didn’t recieve messages to the Inbox or you didn’t get email notifications?
If you didn’t got notifications without SMTP settings – it is known issue, but it is not our or other contact plugin(s) bug.
You can find more information about possible WordPress email configuration issues here: https://www.butlerblog.com/2013/09/24/troubleshooting-the-wp_mail-function/.

Also, if you want to discuss this issue within our plugin, perhaps you need to create own topic rather than use this topic.

Thanks. I have set a custom thank you page for the time being.
