no success duplicating a web-store

I’m trying and I keep trying to clone/duplicate a WP & WooCommerce site from one server to another. (same PHP version) The archives are all successfully created.
1- Why do I get the “Failed import MySQL table” for all tables? The access credentials for the destination db are all correct, including the port number
2- On the destination server WP should already be installed?
3- On the destination server WooCommerce should already be installed?
4- On the destination server the tables prefix should be the same as in the original db?
5- Do you have somewhere a step by step tutorial on how to clone/duplicate a WP & WooCommerce site?
