No success message shown

do you have sample link to your site for us to see and analyze? also, just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

– deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

I tried that and installed version 5.6.0.1 – unfortunately no change. Success messages aren’t shown on https://sputnik.my.bovoja.com/event/?success=1.

Does it work if you use a different page for the form (something with the URL like add-event, rather than just event)?

I created the page as requested and added [event_form] to its content: https://sputnik.my.bovoja.com/add-event/?success=1 No effect so far I am afraid.

I see what you mean now however it’s weird because it was working on our end; can I know if it’s the same using other browsers such as IE, edge, firefox or chrome?

It’s the same with Safari, Chrome, Firefox and IE 8. Can you please share a screenshot with me so that I can see where I should expect the success message to appear?

sorry wasn’t able to replicate this on our test both using default wp theme and other custom theme however would it be possible to try reinstalling or resetting EM and wordpress or if you have a dev/test site?

Ever find any resolution on this? I am also experiencing this issue – definitely a theme change I made because it had initially been working fine, but I can’t figure out what…
