    Hi, when a visitor subscribes and clicks the link in the confimation email the page gives an arror: https://stoicijnvanniks.nl/
    How to fix this?
    I’ve tested it with different mailaddresses and got complaints from visitors too.
    Edit: I can’t confirm it in the Dashboard either, when i select the new address and choose and click Toggle nothing happens.

    What version of Subscribe2 are you using? There seems to be an issue with the creation of public subscriber links.

    Version: 10.22

    @tastymouse

    I think there is a bug in 10.22, try downgrading using FTP software and access the previous version here:

    Yes, this fixed the issue.

    Thanks, Tom

    Hi,

    i can confirm the issue on my site https://www.all4hardware4u.de and the “fix” with version 10.21

    One more information:
    I am not able to confirm it in the Dashboard too, when i select the new address and choose and click “toggle”.
    But when i choose “delete” the user/emailadresse in the Dashboard, then the user switched to be confirmed.

    Will this be fixed in the next version?

    Best regards,
    Harry

    Ugh I’m experiencing the same problem and people are writing me to complain! Will this be fixed soon? I’m going to downgrade for the time being.

    The other issues with this ‘update’;

    the email templates are scrambled
    the confirmation email triggers an unsubscribe rather than a confirmation

    Also I am not sure that a downgrade really can be described as “resolved” – can this thread be marked unresolved please as attention is urgently needed by the developers.

    As far as I can see you can’t reopen a thread. You’ll have to post your issue yourself.
    Good luck, Tom

    This is still an issue. I tired to downgrade to 10.21 to deal with the No such email address is registered and the mix up in the templates that are delivered (attempting to confirm the subscription changes all of the blog titles to “unsubscribe.” When I try to use 10.21 the person never gets the confirmation note and they are not put on the pending public subscribers list.

    HELP!

    Any updates on this problem? I’ve since reverted back to the old 10.21 version but when you select the page to use as the default Subscribe 2 page, the plugin no longer works.

    When you leave the settings without a selected page it will put the new subscriber on the pending list and send them a confirmation email, but when they click on the confirmation email it changes the blog titles to “Subscription Confirmed.” And you still need to manually toggle them to approve them, clicking on the confirmation link does not do the job.

    Since this thread is marked Resolved, you should post a new question if you want a response.
