10.22 bug – No such email address is registered

Re-opened.
This is obviously a bug with the latest version and needs fixing. I can confirm I had the problem following an upgrade a couple of days ago and reverting manually to 10.21 as per the previous thread works around it.

I un-subscribed the small number of affected users and added them back in after I had downgraded.
