No Super Cache file found for current URL – config and access files seem correct

    Help please! I’ve tried going through the installation instructions x3 to no avail. I’ve also searched the forums and cant find anything that has resolved the problem. I keep ending up with the following:

    Fetching https://www.humblebeeabroad.com/ to prime cache: OK
    Fetching first copy of https://www.humblebeeabroad.com/: FAILED
    Fetching second copy of https://www.humblebeeabroad.com/: FAILED

    The directory for WPCACHEHOME in wp-config.php is /home/sites/humblebeeabroad.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/

    “wp-content/cache/.htaccess” is correct per installation instructions (they didnt auto populate so I added the required text to the .php)

    additionally
    server is Apache
    the cache directory does contain a folder that corresponds to the site (this did not appear automatically, only after updating config and htaccess)
    This is the cache directory:
    /public_html/wp-content/cache/supercache/www.humblebeeabroad.com

    both the cache folder and the site folder within cache contain an index.html file – the site folder index file has site content in it
