No support.

There is no support even for the paid for version. I have sent e-mails and posted in their forum. In fact if you go look in their forum you will find some irate customers. I’ll probably have to pay someone to fix the problems with my theme after paying for the theme. What’s bad this is the second time I have been hosed after paying for a theme on support. I know they are there because the free version gets updated from time to time even though I don’t use it.
