• I cannot get support at all. I’ve tried opening a ticket but it requires me to update my version of ultimate member and add some code. The version in incompatible with my site which is why I am trying to get support.

    We have replied to all your tickets but every reply we have sent has come back with delivery failure. I believe you may have entered the wrong email address when submitting the tickets but I will not share this email address here in the public domain.

    If you can please try submit a pre-sales or support ticket again using a gmail address we will reply to that and see if you get that reply.
