While I realize that you are frustrated and having issues we do have a pretty responsive support team even on the free side. We currently have resolved 60% of the cases opened in the last 2 months and when we compared plugins in the repository we found that out of the plugins with the biggest amount of support tickets (number of downloads and installs translates into a large number of support requests, questions, etc) we were 2nd best. We actually have paid and trained staff that are in the forums to answer questions as opposed to volunteers or sending you somewhere else for support (like offsite forums). Recently, we’ve had a few things come up (WFAlaa had a baby, etc) but we have just freed up more resources to help starting this week if I am not mistaken.
However, you do need and deserve support and to that end I have already reached out in the forums with an answer. I’m waiting for your reply there.
