• I bent over backwards to like this plugin – it is VERY good – the problem is I paid for the upgraded version and instead I got a message that I was already subscribed so I know have 2 years of plugin without the upgrade. I’ve reached out every way I can – no response at all.

    It gets worse, They contacted me after a whole year. They apologized profusely, Then failed to respond to my request to fix the billing. Completely disgusted. I have the plugin on a client tite, it is functioning. If I ever get asked to renew or anything I will delete it and never look back. Should be removed from WP Repository IMHO

    hey @frank6tg,

    As I may have mentioned, I got pulled away for family reasons for a good chunk of the last year and, while we kept all critical systems functioning just fine, our support suffered. I got caught up on all support queues over the last month or so so I took notice with what you just wrote here. As far as I new everything was good.

    I just found our thread in my personal box (not the support system) where it had fallen through the cracks. I’ll follow up with you about the billing stuff etc there. Sorry that happened.
