• I left a few messages here but to no avail.

    I really dig this plugin but I cannot get it to work and there does not seem to be any support for it.

    We can understand the trouble you went through, its not that we are not looking to provide genuine support but we were just unaware of this support ticket.

    Today morning we had replied to your ticket already, please provide us with the access needed to get your issue fixed.

    Once again our apologies for the trouble you felt. Please provide us the needed access detail as we want to fix this more than anything and want to provide good support.

    I would love to give you my username and password as well as db access but for obvious reasons I wish not to display these on this forum for everyone to see.

    Is there an email address I can send the information you require to?

    I appreciate your support by the way, your plugin is just the thing I am looking for to bring our Cosmetic Private Label Website up to date.

    @emptyopssphere I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials. I have flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
