Woo Commerce support has gone on vacation. Try to submit a ticket and you’ll be told they’ve all gone to a seminar and won’t be back for a week.

Last time I heard that from a company they went bankrupt.

I don’t see any reason to use this plugin unless the authors are financially secure.
