I have repeated searched for answers as to why, when a customer sends in a contact form to me I am never getting the message. The only way I can check if there’s been submissions is to sign into WordPress to check for myself.
Before I deactivate and delete this plug in does anyone out there have any answers? It used to work up until a couple of months ago. We are losing business because of this faulty plugin.
Any help would be greatly appreciated since there is no way to contact the designer. You have to pay to get any support directly from them

    Hello there @centexcrane

Not sure in which “no support” you are referring to. Here you can have the free version of the plugin and support for it. If you need the premium version and premium support, then obviously you should come to our site instead. ??

Having said that, let me carry on with the issue you’re dealing with. Any outgoing emails are getting sent by the WP site itself by default and a PHP function. So you should check if this is working well. You may install this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-email/ and see what’s being logged with these emails.
Another workaround can be to change this default WP functionality via a SMTP plugin, in which you can connect another 3rd party email, like a Gmail account, and then it will be that email that will actually send any outgoing emails from your WP site. This method is also considered safer in general, considering email deliverability. For doing so, you can install our Branda plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/branda-white-labeling/ which contains an SMTP module, apart from other goodies.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris
