Not everything in the theme is customizable. It’s impossible and counterproductive to add an option for every single element. However, many things can be changed with minimal CSS and we’ve answered some of your questions in the support topics you’ve created.
I also see that you’re still using our theme on your site (linked from your profile). So why give a theme you’re still actively using for over a week a one star review? Is it you can get faster support?
