No support…

  • Very frustrated to have purchased the premium paid version of the plugin and am going on 6 weeks now with no response or help despite several emails…

    1. The “no captions” option in plugin isn’t working. Finally got a response offering custom CSS code to put in to force it to work, and a vague promise it would be fixed in upcoming release (it’s not).

    2. More importantly, their is no navigation between items in gallery when opened in Lightbox. We are using Elemntor with the plugin. Every other gallery plugin works fine with Lightbox and navigation, but not Meow. Brought this to paid support attention on 3/17, received response from Thomas that they would check no response since despite several follow ups.

    In short, these seem to be good plugins, but you seem to get better support here in the free forum than you do if you buy it. So what’s the point of buying the paid versions if you’re not going to give us any support?
