No Support

This used to be a great plugin, I bought the Pro version for 2 websites and it worked fine for 6 months.

It first became very slow, and then after the big update it crashed both sites. We lost so much business during this time.

After weeks they fixed some of the issues and the sites worked at least, but Conditional Logic of 2 fields are still not working anymore: The HTML field and the Variation Quantity field.

I have sent numerous emails to their “support”. They reply, asking that I email them the login details and FTP. But they dont do anything, they dont fix anything. Now im not even getting replies anymore… Im fed up, because I paid for this plugin… dont ignore me anymore, fix your shoddy coding!
