ok i have created a new ticket in the account area.

perhaps your zen-account will not work correctly?

I create a new ticket in my account at your website, but i will not get a response form your ticketsystem like : Your request (xxx) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

Also i ask for a bill for our renew at 01.03.2022 …

2 days later, no response.

Bad for a set of paid plugins!

perhaps your zen-account will not work correctly?

We receive tickets from all users without problems.
Now we have days off.
Send us your ticket number and we’ll get back to you on Monday.

i send two messages via your forms now:

ONE in the sections of the plugin
ONE in your Website as logged in user.

Test-Mail in Settings will send

Mail in Form will not send!   Not to me, and not to the customer!
"Thanks" page oder Message will not shown.

What can i do?

my mail-System says:
