    This plugin seems to have been abandoned by the developer.
    It is impossible to get any support, even if you buy the premium version.

    For the problem you got with plugin, can you please send us via contact form on our website.

    This board is for free version only.

    For the support issue, we got bad experience with hosting due Covid.
    Then we switch to new system.

    Now we can handle more the support.

    Hope that convenient for your plan.
