No support!

I purchased it 1 year ago, because I looked for a booking plugin form y customer. I tried it, because they say, it has money payback guarantee. At last, it doesn’t know what I’m looking for, so I deleted the plugin, and write some emails to the support, to get my money back. No response.
Now it automatically charged me another 1 year fee without any message or alert.
So what now?
