No support – Spammer – Cares about Reviews but won’t provide any real help

  • Just to update, no support after MONTHS, and only after did they see the review did they contact, but again with no support.

    The plugin has a massive flaw that hasn’t been fixed yet (its been a year now), and so I paid out of pocket to fix it, and now this company won’t leave me alone for this bad review.

    Like fix your software and figure out your customer support. [redacted]

  • Hi @timtopshape this plugin is fully supported 100%. Your request genuinely fell through the cracks due to a team vacation and an extremely high load of support tickets at the same time.
