    I’ve reached out through emails and spent over six hours on chat support, only to receive a standard response. I posed another question and have been waiting for a response for over four hours. Meanwhile, my customers are experiencing issues receiving their tickets, and those who have managed to purchase tickets are encountering errors with their QR codes. The support has been highly unsatisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
