    Hello, We opened a support ticket over 6 months ago and we still do not have our problem solved.
    We keep being fogged off by “Its the holiday season and we are slow” and “please send your login details”.

    Please resolve ASAP!

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
