No support after a week

  • I have been trying to contact mailpoet support since a week. I haven’t received any reply so far. I read here on the support forum that there is an unussaly high load of support ticket. So maybe I will adjust my review once I get an complete answer. So far not satisfied with service.

    Update: After 1.5 week I did get an satisfied answer on all of my questions. So satisfied costumer again. Hopefully the support will enhance.

    Yes, sincere apologies for the delayed response. We are currently undergoing a transition in our support structure to enhance our customer service quality.

    Even for paying premiun customers the waiting for support is unacceptable.

    Hi there @renzosalvador,

    One tip I can share is that if you have a paid / premium plan with us, please make sure you are reaching out to support and raising tickets **using the email address on your MailPoet account.** Our system will automatically prioritize those with premium accounts but this is based the ability to match the incoming email address with a paid plan in our system. If you are reaching out with a different email address, your support request will go into our general queue which has a slower target response time.
