No support and annoying premium ad

There’s no support at all and while the plugin still works, it hasn’t been updated for the last 3 major WordPress versions and it has this really annoying ad that always tells you to upgrade to the premium version. I would gladly pay for a premium version if they start updating the plugin, provide support and stop those annoying ads.
